Lot-to-certificate mapping corrected 2026-08-10
The certificate files supplied to us by Freedom Diagnostics were named with accession numbers that do not match the accession printed inside them. Each purity figure had therefore been read from whichever file sat at that lot's address, which was a real assayed value belonging to a different lot. On 2026-08-10 every published lot was re-mapped to the document that carries its own accession, and every figure was reset to the value printed on that document. Figures shown on this page before that date were attributed to the wrong lot.
No lot was retested, no certificate was reissued, and no document was altered by us. These are third-party analytical records and we publish them exactly as the laboratory issued them.
Each figure below is the value printed on the certificate linked beside it, and each card carries that certificate's accession number and the date the figure was first published. A published figure is fixed from that date: it can change only if the laboratory issues a different document for the lot, and any such change is recorded with its date, its reason and the superseding document.
Lot numbers on this page are the laboratory's accession numbers, as printed on the certificates. One exception: KL-Rt 30 mg is published under lot 2026032756, which is that certificate's own internal lot field; the same document's accession number is 2604170023.
