Shipping Policy

All products are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, or therapeutic application, and have not been evaluated by the FDA. Nothing in this policy alters that restriction.

Orders ship from our facility in College Station, Texas. Orders placed before 5:00 P.M. CST ship the exact same day.

You receive an order confirmation by email when your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation when it leaves our facility.

We ship to destinations within the United States. Checkout collects a United States state and ZIP code, and shipping is rated to United States addresses; international destinations are not offered at checkout.

You choose a shipping method in your cart before checkout. The windows below describe carrier transit time after an order has shipped. They are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Standard is 4-7 business days, listed at $7.00.

Expedited is 2-3 business days, listed at $15.00.

Next Day is Overnight, listed at $30.00.

Shipping is priced at checkout against your destination ZIP code and the weight of your package using live carrier rates, so the amount you pay reflects your specific shipment rather than a blanket fee. Where a live rate cannot be retrieved, the listed price for your chosen method above applies.

The shipping amount is shown in your order summary before you authorize payment, and that amount is what is charged. Your total is calculated on our servers; prices are never taken from your browser.

A promotional code may cover shipping in full. When one does, your order summary shows shipping at $0.00 before you pay.

When your order ships we send a shipping confirmation email with the carrier and tracking number, and the same tracking number appears on the order in your account. Tracking can take a short time to become active with the carrier after a label is created.

Original shipping charges are not refunded, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Our Refund and Return Policy sets out the return window, what qualifies, and how cancellations are handled.
