Refund and Return Policy

This page states the return and refund terms for orders placed with Kairos Research Labs LLC. It is the same policy set out in sections 4 and 5 of our Terms of Service, published here under its own name so it is easy to find.
1. Returns and Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, we accept returns only for unused, unopened products within 30 days of the original purchase date. Upon receipt and inspection, a full refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued. The customer is responsible for return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before shipment. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud or product unavailability.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return or request a refund, contact us at admin@kairosresearchlabs.com or +1 844-961-1813 with your order number. Your order number is shown on your order confirmation email and on the order in your account.
4. How Refunds Are Issued
An approved refund is issued against the original payment for the order, so the funds return to the payment method you used at checkout. Refunds may be issued in full or in part, depending on what is being refunded.
5. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refunded. Our Shipping Policy describes how shipping is priced and charged.
6. Research Use Only
All products are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, or therapeutic application, and have not been evaluated by the FDA. Nothing in this policy alters that restriction.
