1. PURPOSE

Affiliate will promote Company products in exchange for commission on qualifying sales.

2. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

Affiliate is an independent contractor and is responsible for all taxes, expenses, and compliance.

3. PRODUCTS

All products are for research purposes only and not for human consumption. No medical or therapeutic claims may be made.

4. AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS

Affiliate must promote truthfully, disclose relationships, comply with applicable laws, and avoid misleading claims, impersonation, or unauthorized use of Company branding.

5. COMMISSION

6. PAYMENT

Commissions are paid once per month. Minimum payout threshold is $100.00. Affiliate is responsible for all taxes associated with earnings. Company reserves the right to withhold payments for fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

7. REFUNDS

No commissions are paid on refunded, canceled, or fraudulent transactions.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Company materials, trademarks, and branding remain the exclusive property of Company.

9. COMPLIANCE

Affiliate must comply with FTC guidelines, advertising laws, platform rules, and all applicable regulations.

10. TERMINATION

Company may terminate this Agreement at any time for violations, risk, or misuse of Company materials.

11. LIABILITY

Company liability is limited to unpaid commissions and excludes indirect or consequential damages.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

Affiliate agrees to indemnify Company against claims arising from Affiliate activities or violations.

13. CONFIDENTIALITY

Affiliate must not disclose Company confidential information, including pricing, suppliers, or business strategy.

14. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

15. COMPLIANCE POLICY

• No medical claims (fat loss, muscle gain, treatment, cure, etc.)
• No dosing, administration, or human use discussion
• Must maintain research-use-only positioning
• Must include FTC disclosures
• No fake testimonials or misleading reviews
• No before/after claims tied to products
• No targeting minors or restricted audiences

Company reserves the right to remove content, audit affiliates, terminate accounts, and withhold commissions for violations.

16. ACCEPTANCE

Participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
